Your program is already running. You don’t have to stop it to do this.

Most advice about measuring your program’s impact starts with a whole framework you’re supposed to build before anything else – and on top of what you already have on your plate.
And that framework is often separate from your day-to-day program management work.
So it never gets built, and your program keeps running the way it always has, without structure and without any way to tell what’s working and what’s not working.

There is another way. The framework integrates with the work you’re already doing and then helps you grow from there.
