3 M&E rules that I sometimes break

Unlike in sports and other domains, monitoring and evaluation (M&E) does not have a defined set of explicit rules. However, there are ideal ways of conducting M&E; those could be considered rules of a sort. Following the rules scrupulously provides a solid foundation for measuring, managing, and maximizing a social impact project’s results, which is what M&E is all about.
