Hi! I’m Kandi Shejavali, and I’m deeply invested in helping results-oriented social impact leaders like you who want to prove and improve program results as a key element of strengthening their brand.

I leverage my natural curiosity, NYU graduate education, and years of rich international experience (mainly working on programs funded by multi-lateral organizations, governments, major foundations, and sector-specific entities) to help mission-driven leaders:

• clarify their program’s ambition and strategy; and
• effectively measure and report on their program’s results.

But not as an end in and of itself.

I’m dedicated to helping changemakers leverage evidence and related tools to:

• make well-informed decisions that improve program performance and achieve the most optimal, meaningful impact;
• strengthen their program’s storytelling;
• build trust and credibility;
• attract consistent funding and strong partnerships; and, ultimately,
• deepen impact and enhance the sustainability of their organization.

Guided by the aforementioned natural curiosity and by my values of inclusion, deep listening, and collaborative action, my approach to results measurement and reporting is integrative.

Okay, yes, I know, that’s a buzzword that could mean anything! Let me clarify.

In this context, integrative means grounded in international ‘best’ practice while remaining client values- and mission-aligned, super practical (years of real-world experience have taught me how important that is), and sensitive to context and while fully embracing innovative ways of doing and knowing.
